Fernando that will be tasting today comes from Peru and Estebe introduced us to him earlier this week Fernando will be tasting the : 1) Baron LADRON De GUEVARA Crianza dry red Rioja Tempranillo from Spain ( $20.99 , 13.5% alcohol by volume, www.tradewindsspecialty.com for more info ) that we have been selling for years now successfully. This is one of the three or four wines that they make : perfect for this colder weather. It will warm you with the wind and cold! 2) ALEXANDRO Jerez/Xeres/Sherry dry FINO ( $18.99, 15% alcohol by volume , go to : www.secovi-jerez.com for more info ) : clean, crisp, bone-dry, made from 100% Palomino grapes. Great with any nuts, hard and semi-hard cheeses,... and all by itself! 3) ALEXANDRO Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry mentioned below already and made from the Pedro-Ximenez grapes! We will taste it, too. 4) ROSSINYOL De Moaragas Cava Brut Spanish Penedes sparkling wine, $16.99, 11.5% alcohol by volume, will also be tasted.
