Ithier was energized and having a wonderful time meeting the many customers and pouring his five delicious dry white wines ( DOMAINE TARIQUET www.tariquet.com ) all made in the VDP de Cotes de Gascogne, armagnac land and home of the late, great Jean Louis Palladin that had the great LEAN LOUIS restaurant at the Watergate that everyone flocked to.
