y of his own Vinaceous wines, the Chardonnay with some oak, mild, took time t open, and when it did a day or so after the tasting I really liked it! Also : the two dry whites from Franken, Germany fromChristian L. Stahl, his own STAHL white Muller Thurgau, and his Scheurebe, too that Chris Bartha had worked with and left for me at Cleveland Park Wine & Spirits, the Thursday night wines if owner @BillHalloran of his I an Willamette valley wines Halloran, the Temoranillo, the barrel samples of the dry rose, pictured here, and the Pinot Grid, not to mention the three Pinot Noir reds, all superb, and the dry white Petit Chablis from Burgundy, France made by Clotilde Davenne, it was still delightful last night, Jim Reeves of Comete Wine Imports had poured it in the store on a Friday night : all the wines still offered a whole lot, changed, evolved, still tasting great with our Easter Neal foods of Virginia honey ham, grilled lamb skewers by me, a Quinoa salad, fresh thin baby asparagus, an Uncle Ben;s Wild Rice dish, and more .... great way to use all our bits and pieces, odds and ends and to end well, waste not!

Anthony Quinn Oops, these are the four other odds and ends that I forgot to mention enjoying so, including the Barrel-sample of the Halloran Pinot Grus white, the Jreyzberg AHR 2013 Spatburgunder Devonschiefer red Pinot Noir Dernau, German wine from the,age region, Ut was richer, more fruit than the red Julia Bertram Handwerk Spatburgunder 2013 also from the Ahr region, that was thinner, more sinewy, speedier, herbal, more in need of food to flesh it out, the Vinaceous Snake Charmer 2013 from @NickStacy was flusher, ripper, rounder, more easy to sip and enjoy all by itself, from the McLaren Vale of South Australia, and the @AllanScottFamilyWinemakers 2013 from @MitchGardiner Cleveland Park Wine & Spirits in Marlborough, New Zealand was a food wine, too, rich, great depth of darker Bing cherry Pinot Noir flavors that needed food or still more bottle age to really shine and open fully. Wonderful, all! Too bad there was no Tangled Tree red or white for comparison!
