1) Bianco sparkling espumante from Emilia, from owner Alberto Paltrinieri, $14.49 a bottle, great sparkling 2016 : lively, fresh, creamy, bright, mmmmmm GOOD!
2) An indigenous blend of two Sicilian grapes : Frappato and the Nero D'Avola grapes blended together : lighter, brighter, more sinewy and a touch of weed-briar : crisp, cusp of tart, love, lovely yes : chill 30-40 minutes and enjoy!
3) Lugana DOC dry white made with the Trebbiano grape called Lugana in this region, made by owner-winemaker Givanna : a delight for this weather : just right, lighter, brighter, easier-sipping!
