Serge Hochar believed in his wine as if each and every vine , grape, cluster, leaf, bud, bottle of wine were his and his family’s and those that worked with him, those of us that drink his wines -we are all like his very own babies - that is how personal and serious wine that he makes is to him! His world, now carried on by his children, and here are my notes from the tasting I was invited to attend by Chris Pigott at @Zytiniarestaurant in Washington DC, quel grand plaisir pour moi tout ca!
