I love how wine relaxes us all and makes it possible to both mend our own ways and those with others! Cheers on Thursday Hsnuary 9 12:25 pm as President Jimmy Carter is on a journey now through the streets of Washington DC and those horrible wild fires blaze uncontrolled in the Pacific Palisades of California! Horrible!

 Food and wine unite , ground and humble us, content us, appease our hungry crying mad frantic furious spirits and massage us , calm us, unify us, making us less warrior and brute and savage and crazy, letting us smile and relax and be more at peace with ourselves, our world, others - putting fears and worries away for a spell so that we may regroup all that is warm and kind , humble, nice, honest, benevolent, empathetic, caring and sharing, listening, hearing, doing what is right for our greater good as a society of humankind - our best kind, our kind that heals and satisfies and insures us!
