There is an art to appreciating wine ( here at home and at work, selling the sweet red wines of the Ukraine, enjoying Sake and Yuzu from Japan, tasting and enjoying 2018 Santenay-Maladiere Pinot Noir red burgundy and more ) , making signs to sell wine,mdrinking it, seeing it, smelling it, photographing it in its entire setting so the whole picture is revealed and not just a part! Yay!
