A great visit on Sunday May30, 2021 to visit, meet and taste with owner Doug Fabbioli , also the winemaker at His Fabbioli Cellars in Loudoun County Virginia where we tasted his sparkling Rose Chambercin as well as his accidental double fermentation Petillant Naturel Petit Manseng white - both delicious with the Brie, crudités and fresh baguettes and condiments, what a delight tasting down in Doug’s barrel room surrounded by wine aging gracefully, yay!
