Reading Eunice Fried’s book : Burgundy, The Country, The The People, The Wines,mpublished in 186, andcInam absolutely loving it and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone interested in Burgundy wines and their becoming Estate-bottled and imported here to the United States!nread it!




What a great read this book on Burgundy French wines written and published by Eunice Fried in 1986 talking about France and these first estate-bottled wines that began with Becky Wassernpman, Frank Schoonmacher, Robert Haas, Kermit Lynch, and so many more!

I am in the fine wine business and manage Cleveland Park Wine and Spirits at 3423 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington DC,b20008 202-363-4265 and publish this blog, and here are my pictures and journey getting to this.

I went with my brother Larry to visit our brother Eric in Shannonville West Virginia and ended up going to Needfulthings , a store in Charlestown west Virginia and found and bought it there,bwhoopee!
