Considering The Alcohol Content In A Bottle Of Wine, Dave McIntyre Writes About It Today, Anthony Quinn Comments On It, Too, Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 : Cheers.
In TODAY'S Wednesday Washington Post newspaper Food section wine article by Dave McIntyre called : The alcohol number on the label isn't perfect, but it's a start ", 8/7/13 Dave writes : " ' Would it be possible for you to include the alcohol content of the various wines that you review? ' wrote William Byxbee of Charles Town, WV. I like that question, I have discussed this with our customers at Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits here in Cleveland Park Northwest, Washington D.C. 20008, and I always try and include in each store email that I send weekly on Tuesday and that gets posted here the same day as well. It is not perfect as it reflects a possible shift of 1.5% either up or down from the number marked, but it does provide a reference and is worth noting to help us all get a better understanding of one of the key elements / components of wine. Ask Michel or me , Tony anytime about this when you shop at Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits and we will help you analyze that info and other bits, too to help you better understand what you are tasting. Cheers, thanks William, thanks Dave for this, very helpful. We have 2 wine suggestions from Dave here in the store from today's article. Happy Wednesday, August 7th, 2013. TONY
