Anthony Quinn This was a great event-dinner, I have never heard so much happiness around me, it pulsed, and it was felt by everyone of us, a magical loud moment really where Christian L. Stahl who is also a talented chef and when you visit him in Franken, Germany you can eat his cuisine with his wine, a winning combination. But here in DC chef Diter Samyn was very creative with his dishes matching them with Christian's wines. I remarked to Christian that his Spark 2014 Feder sparkling wine complemented every dish, and I proposed to him that it would be good to have a glass of it with every dish, as well as another choice to have more to compare and be saturated in. The green bottle of mineral water on the table is there because I asked the waiter to bring some for Christian as he remarked earlier to me : " How long do you have to live in America to be be able to drink our tap water?!?! ". Good question Christian. You are like the wine-world's rock stars, so just like Mick Jagger has whatever special things he want when he performs, you should have, and you deserve to have what you want, glad I was able to assist. And you can see we both clearly love your wine, and I will never forget last year after the Women's March here in DC how at Cleveland Park Wine & Spirits you stood here at the tasting table pouring many of your wines for the crowds returning from an amazing event in our lives that, like your Spark and other whites from Franken, Germany are so uplifting too!
