Have
three of the THREE of the 12 ' Greatest Value Wines of 2017 ' from the
Washington Post published yesterday, Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018. We
originally sold 7 of these 12, but some are not available now
unfortunately, and some are better for warmer weather as well.
1) GORU VERDE Organic Jumilla, Spain dry red Monastrel $11.99 - fine for this cold, brrrr white flaky snow.
2) Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Chardonnay 2016, ( listed in the Post at $8, we sell it here for $5.99, and if you buy two bottles you pay $9.99! That is mix or match with the other grape varieties, too!

3) Evolucio Blaufrankisch 2014, $11.99 ( we have had lots of requests
for this, and more comes today! ), from Austria, Weinland, a great deal
from Bryce ( Boutique Wine Collection , and his wife ) the importer that sells it to Andrew of Siema Wines. We also sell the dry white Furmint Tokaj2015, , $11.99, and the higher grade Furmint that we are currently sold-out of).
The food editor for the #Foodsection of the Washington Post @WashingtonPostFood Joe Yonan came by to buy a bottle of the #Blaufrankisch dry red to photograph for this article. I would have suggested that he consider running a monthly review of the stores and what they each do, much like Tom Sietsema reviews the local restaurants. That way more customers would know what each and every store does best, ( or worst ), so that shopping is better, more fruitful ultimately. Alas I did not have an opportunity to tel Joe this as it was December and our busy holiday season and he was still in search of some of these other twelve wines to buy and photograph here on Page E6.

1) Chateau de Marjolet Cotes Du Rhone 2015, ... tasty!
2) HUGL Weine Zweigelt dry rose 2016, Austria
3) Chateau Montaud Cotes du Provence 2016 dry rose ( we also sold it in 3-liter boxes ), and 4) Chateau de Passavent 2015 Anjou , Loire Valley Chenin Blanc
These may still be available, am checking, as some customers will he happy to know that we can still get them.
