2) Roussette dry white " L'Altesse 2012, made from 100% Roussette. BOTH are tasty, flavorful, distinct. The red can be slightly chilled, that will focus and energize the flavors that have nice earthy and spicy overtones.

3) the CHATEAU GAILLARD Beaujolais Villages 2011, from Sebastien Gutty, $16.99, 13% alcohol by volume, made from 100% Gamay grapes. Also chill this thirty minutes : BOTH reds are fine for this cooler weather now with grills, cheese, salads, etcetera. The dry ROUSSETTE is perfect for flavorful meals, fondue and some flavorful cheeses ... like a raquelette ( spelling? ).
