Justin our rep for Simon 'N Cellars poured a selection of his wines that owner/president Didier Simonin hand-selects from French small producers like the DOMAINE BRUSSET " Les Boudalles " dry red 2009 Ventoux southern French Rhone( $14.49, Grenache-based wine, melts in the mouth, so vibrant, so fresh and bright ), the " Les Courthelongs " 2008 dry white southernBurgundy Macon-Vergisson 2008 ( $17.99 ) from JACQUES SIMONIN ( great flavors and character ) ; and the CHATEAU HAUT-BANA 2007 dry Medoc Cabernet Sauvignon based red Bordeaux ( $17.99 ) that is medium-to-light-bodied and definitely is young and if drunk young needs food.
