MAGIC HAT'S " Wacho " Beer With Red Beet Flavor/Coloring Outside By A Brilliant Yellow Flame ! July, 2009, At Home In Northern Virginia

I was fascinated by the use of the red beet here in this excellent Wacho beer from MAGIC HAT. I was dubious/curious all at once and when I tasted it once, then twice I was convinced : this is good sipping beer-good company. It's medium-bodied, rich and creamy and yet with not bite, no burn - it's just so easy to drink with or without food.
