Principle Winemaker Gavin Berry Of Western Australia's WEST CAPE HOWE Vineyard Tastes With Cleveland Park Wines Customers 2006

This was one of those magical winemaker in-store/wine-tastings where everyone relaxes and has a blast and we sell lots of Aussie wines from the most southern tip ( Denmark ) of Western Australia.

Gavin was a pro and stayed a long time and just kept pouring his Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay as well as his Merlot and his Shiraz and his Cabernet Sauvignon wines : all dry and flavorful and delicious food wines.

Looks like Gavin also poured some of his excellent dry, crisp-style Riesling that can be so refreshing and work with so many foods as well.

We almost never had so much fun : you can readily see this in the pictures as our regular customers like Bob, Greg, and Don and Jae and many others really got into the spirit of the moment and left with many signed bottles from Gavin.

It has been a great pleasure to work with the wines of WEST CAPE HOWE.

This is probably Gavin's second in-store wine-tasting done with the help of Shannon our rep in 2007 or was it as recent as 2008? I need to consult my notes. Too much times has gone by here I am sorry to say. I should have posted these pictures more than a year ago and here it is already Monday early morning on December 2009 here at home in northern Virginia. Shame on me for having downloaded the pictures so long ago and taken so much time to write this story.

I will have to add some more information soon but in the meantime enjoy some of the pure charm and warmth that these photos depict here. I love all of them from those of one person to two to a whole group : everyone was drinking and thinking good Aussie thoughts and vibes.

Gavin and Shanon thanks for all your time and energy. We three made a great team on this evening at Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits.

Don't you all just love this pink tattoo? I do, that's why I took two pictures of it one our customer's right arm. I don't think that she was aware that I was taking it.

It's always great to have Gavin Berry in our store tasting his western Australia, Denmark wines. Here are some of the pictures from this wonderful tasting with Gavin. Hope you like them. Cheers, TONY
