Ataru Kobayashi, founder of Sake selections NIGATA SAKE SELECTIONS, Japan

The other day, sometime late March 2008 our local Constantine rep, Marci Weinstein brought us Ataru Kobayashi with his selection of " purest water? " sakes to taste. It was the first time that I have really been able to enjoy sake. They were softer, milder, mellower, with less bite and less of that smell that both Mike Martin and I can rarely get past to enjoy the sales. We have a whole collection now of them that just arrived today ( Wednesday, June 11th, 2008 ). There are seven different kinds, all different bottle shapes, colors, sizes. Wow. Impressive, we've got some really fine sakes to offer our customers now here at Cleveland Park Wines : 720ml MATSUNOI " Wishing Well " Tokubetsu Honjozo $25.99 ; YUKI-KAGE " Snow Mountain " Tokubetsu Junmai sake $26.49 ; and BUNO-NO-TSUYU " Dewdrops" Tokubetsu Junmai sake $42.49 - all 720ml sizes. We have four others, too. Go to : www.Niigatasake.com for more info. Here are some of the pictures for you to enjoy. We're getting Ataru to come do a tasting here in the store ( Wash D.C. ) sometime soon. Stay-tuned, enjoy.   TONY
